Mold panels date back to the Georgian period of the 1700s. Georgian architecture is characterized by a sense of proportion and balance. 1. Planning

2. Booking
When ordering your panel prints make sure that the print pattern is compatible with the corners (if you use angles) and you have made sufficient allowances to cut waste. Remember to consider repeating patterns when calculating waste deductions. I like to use a list of snippets for all the trim jobs. This allows me to plan all the joints before starting to cut. I use the same list to plan my order. Typically, the molding panels are cheap because of their small profile. Therefore, you may want to keep some work and order enough to remove the joints as much as possible. You will also need adhesives, caulk, etc. to complete the installation.
3. Prefinishing
If you do not plan to finish (paint or faux finish) the ceiling and printing at the same time, you may want to fine-tune the mold and then touch it after installation.
4. Install Materials
Prepare a work area close to work and collect your equipment and materials. Look at the mold to make sure it is not damaged either during shipping or work. Supplies your equipment and equipment to ensure that everything you need is there. If something is missing, stop and get it now rather than wait until you need it, which is definitely at its worst.
5. Layout
Transfer your plans to the ceiling in full size. Place the outline of the mold rather than the center line so that the layout will be visible with the mold installed. 6. Installing

7. Get it done
After the adhesive is installed, remove the temporary fasteners or set beneath the surface. Caulk joints between the ceiling and mold. Fill holes made by fasteners with non-shrink fillers, sand, prime, and paint.
